Also in stock: a FineArt 2080 DMX signal amplifier, 1 in to 8 out, for runs long enough that the signal needs help. It is an accessory rather than a fixture, so it has no page of its own — ask for it by name.
Built into the package, not bolted on.
Color the room on brand
Uplight and wash put your brand color on the walls and the stage, tying the lighting to the LED content.
Key the moment
Spots and moving heads pull focus to the speaker, the product, or the reveal.
Programmed and run
Looks built for your run of show and operated live, or set to cue.
Event & Stage Lighting questions, answered.
How do I choose the right lighting for my event?
Tell us the room, the stage or booth size, what needs to be lit (a speaker, a product, the back wall), and your dates. We spec the fixtures, positions, and looks from that.
What is the difference between LED and conventional stage lighting?
LED fixtures draw less power, run cooler, and change color from the console without gels, so more of them fit on a venue circuit. Most of our fixtures are LED; the follow spots and some beam heads still use a lamp.
What is a moving head, or intelligent light?
A fixture that pans, tilts, and changes color from the console. Beam throws a hard, narrow shaft for air effects, spot focuses a pool that can carry a gobo, and wash fills an area with soft color.
What is a gobo?
A metal or glass stencil that sits in a spot fixture and projects a pattern or a logo onto a wall, floor, or stage. A logo gobo is cut from your artwork, so send the file early.
What is DMX?
The control standard that links the console to every fixture. Each fixture gets an address and the console sets its intensity, color, pan, tilt, and effects down one cable run, so the whole rig cues as one system.
How is the lighting rigged safely?
Every fixture is clamped and safety-cabled to the truss or stand, and the truss is specced to the load. Tell us the venue's rigging and power rules and we plan the rig inside them.
